How to Contact Support for your Product
Submitting a Help Request will allow Catapult Support temporary access to your Cloud account to view your widgets, settings etc. to assist with troubleshooting reported issues.

Playertek Web - Contacting Support via the PlayerTek Web
Before proceeding, it is recommended that if you have not previously done so, create a Help Center account. This will give you access to more Guides and Articles, as well as making communication with Support easier.
How to Contact Support from the Help Center - Signed In Users

Login to the Catapult Help Center

From the Help Center main menu, click on 'SUBMIT A REQUEST'.

Fill out the Submit a request form and click Submit.
How to Contact Support from the Help Center without a Help Center Account
Users can directly contact their Support Team through our Help Center Chat by following the below steps:

From the Help Center main menu, click on the Help button in the bottom right corner of the page.

In the Help Search Bar, type in 'Help' and click Enter.

Click the 'Contact Us' button

Fill out your name, email address, OpenField Username, Region, Subject and Description. Attach any files if needed. Enter your name as the OpenField Username if you do not have an Account.

Click Send.
