Time in HR Redzone %
Percentage time in Heart Rate red zone is the total amount of time that heart rate was in zones 4 or 5. This is displayed as a percentage of the entire duration of the whole session.
Recent HR Redzone %
The percentage of time in the last two minutes when heart rate has been in zones 4 or 5
Time in HR Redzone (minutes)
The number of minutes in heart rate zones 4 and 5
