Running a live session using the PlayerTek+  app is a simple process. Through the PlayerTek+ app there are several features that you can use during a live session to reduce the amount of work in setting up the session once you have synced your pods:

• Create splits
• Naming your activity and splits
• Assigning pods

Beginning a session

To begin a session open the PLAYERTEK+ app and press Begin Session.

To create your first split press the play button in the bottom right hand corner. 

You can edit the names of both the split names and activity names by pressing the pencil button next to the titles.

Assigning pods

On the active players tab you will see a green bar for each pod/player. Tap on this green bar to re-assign this pod to another player.

Syncing from the PlayerTek+ app

Once you have completed your live session you need to sync your app so that the splits and pod assignments are uploaded to the cloud. To do this select the settings cog in top left hand corner and press the sync icon near where it says "Save splits and Player-pod assignments".

Please note that data that is viewed live is not available in the cloud. Data will only be available after the pods have been synced using the sync tool on a Mac or Windows computer. The splits and pod assignments are the only data that is synced up from the PlayerTek+ app.
