How to contact Support:
Press the icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
1. Log into your PLAYERTEK online account and select the 'Envelope' icon.
2. OR select 'Contact Us' from the settings drop down menu.
3. In the Contact Support Form, select your region ('USA', 'Europe', 'Asia/Pacific', or 'Other').
4. Fill out your Name, Email, Phone (If desired or leave a '-'), Issue Type, and describe in detail your issue.
5. Click 'Submit'
6. A PLAYERTEK Support Representative will be in contact with you via the email you entered in step 4, as soon as possible.
Note Submitting a request will allow PLAYERTEK Support temporary access to your PLAYERTEK account to view your tabs, sessions, settings etc. to assist with troubleshooting reported issues.
