How to Contact Support/Submit a Help Request:
- Log in to the GPSports Cloud
- Select the 'Admin' tab on the top banner of the Cloud User Interface, then select 'Help', then 'Request Help'
- In the Help Request Form, select your region ('Asia Pacific', 'America', or 'Europe')
- Fill out your Name, Email (Phone if desired, else leave a '-'), Initial Diagnosis, and descriptively describe your issue
- Click 'Send Request'
- A Catapult Support Representative will be in contact with you via the email you entered in step 4, as soon as possible.
Note Submitting a Help Request will allow Catapult Support temporary access to your Cloud account to view your widgets, settings etc. to assist with troubleshooting reported issues.
