What is a Sync?
A Sync synchronizes data between the PlayerTek Sync Tool and PlayerTek Online.
Note: How to Download the Sync Tool
Why Download Data from Devices?
Data is recorded on the Device in a 'Raw File', which is created every time the Device is turned on; the devices can store up to 1250 hours of data. Downloading Data from the Devices is an important step in getting the most out of the metrics recorded on the Device.
