Why Reprocess a Session?
A Session Reprocess will apply new settings synced down from the cloud to that Session. For example an Athlete's Bands or Position may be changed; these changes will apply to all future Session but to be applied to past Sessions, the Session requires 'Reprocessing'.
Performing a Session Reprocess is also a good troubleshooting step whenever data is not appearing for a given Session.
Types of Reprocesses:
Fast Reprocess: Will aggregate data for the Session, and apply changes such as editing Splits times/athletes/athlete rotations or changes to athlete bands.
Full Reprocess: Reprocesses data and the raw files for the Session, to be used when changes have been made to IMA Version Settings or Sports Plugins (Algorithm detection).
How to Reprocess a Single Session:
-
In the console, open the Session by selecting the Session from the Sessions Menu.
-
Right click on the Session Bar (green bar) and select 'Reprocess Session'.
-
Select Fast or Full depending on the changes you have made to the Session.
-
Changes will be applied to the cloud the next time you perform a sync.
How to Reprocess Multiple Sessions:
Occasionally, you may wish to apply changes made to settings on the cloud to multiple Sessions (e.g an entire Season). Multiple Sessions can be Reprocess by a Catapult Support Staff for either a Date Range or All Sessions.
Please contact Contact Support to arrange a Bulk Reprocess of your Sessions.
