How to Download the PlayerTek Sync Tool

1. Login to the PlayerTek Online Account.
2. From the main screen, select Settings.
3. Select Sync Tool from the Settings drop down menu.
   
4. Select your operating system to download.
   
5. Run the downloaded installer file.
6. Follow the installation prompts.
7. Once you have downloaded and installed the Sync Tool, please follow the instructions below depending on what type of computer you are using:
   

   • Users on Windows

     If you are using a Windows PC, please follow the steps below:

     1. Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ files that are attached at the bottom of this page.
     2. After installing the files, Proceed to step 8 and Open the Sync Tool.

     

   • Users on Mac OS

     If you are using a Mac, please follow the steps below:

     1. Navigate to System Preferences > Security and Privacy.
     2. Select Files and Folders from the left-hand menu.
     3. Ensure that Removable Volumes is ticked underneath Catapult One Sync Tool.
     4. Apply the settings.

     

8. Once the Sync Tool and Microsoft C++ Files (Windows) have been installed and System Preferences have been changed (Mac), run the Sync Tool by double-clicking on the PlayerTek Sync desktop icon.
   
9. Sign in to the Sync Tool using the same PlayerTek Cloud Username and Password.
