How to Contact Support via the PlayerTek Web:
Press the icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
1. Log into your PLAYERTEK+ online account and select the 'Envelope' icon.
2. OR select 'Contact Us' from the settings drop down menu.
3. In the Contact Support Form, select your region ('USA', 'Europe', 'Asia/Pacific', or 'Other').
4. Fill out your Name, Email, Phone (If desired or leave a '-'), Issue Type, and describe in detail your issue.
5. Click 'Submit'
6. A PLAYERTEK+ Support Representative will be in contact with you via the email you entered in step 4, as soon as possible.
