How to Record a Live Activity on OpenField+ (iPhone)

1. Open the OpenField+ (iPhone App). Select the correct region that your account is assigned to. Log into the App using the same username and password you use to log into the OpenField console and cloud.

2. Tap the team you wish to use from the pop up menu.

3. From the main user interface, tap the New Activity tab from the Activities bar.

4. Edit the Activity name by tapping the Activity settings Icon under the Activity Name. Select 'Edit' to edit the new Activity. Edit the Activity as required. Return to the main user interface.

   
                                    

5. Add a new Period to the Activity by tapping the + icon beside the New Period. This automatically starts the new period.

6. Edit the Period name by tapping the Period settings Icon to the left of the Period Name. Select 'Edit' to edit the new Activity. Edit the Period as required. Return to the main user interface.

7. From the main user interface, add players to the period by tapping the flashing 'MAP PLAYERS' Icon. Tap which players you want to add to the Period.

   Note: If you want to add all players to the Period. Tap the + icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. To remove all players, tap the - icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. Tap 'Save'.

8. To add or remove athletes from a live or completed period. Tap the Period settings Icon to the left of the Period Name. Tap Map Athletes. Tap athletes to add or remove them from the Period.

9. To stop a live Period. Tap the Pause button beside the Period name in the main user interface.

10. Upload the data to the cloud by tapping the the Activity settings Icon under the Activity Name. Tap Cloud Export.
    
    

How to Delete an Activity on the App

1. Navigate to and tap the Activity that you wish to delete on the Activities Bar.

2. Tap the Activity settings Icon under the Activity Name.

3. Select Delete.
